Refund Policy for New Impact Academy Digital Courses

At New Impact Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your digital course purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund policy.
To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund within 14 days of your purchase date. If you are outside of the refund window, we cannot offer you a refund.
To request a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and reason for the refund request.
Once we receive your refund request, we will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 business days. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be reflected in your account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any fees or charges associated with the purchase (such as payment processing fees) are non-refundable.
Refunds for Gift Purchases
If you received a digital course as a gift and would like to request a refund, please contact us at email@example.com. Refunds for gift purchases will be issued as store credit to the original purchaser.
Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website, and the effective date of the updated policy will be indicated at the top of the page.
